this week i'm going to step it up a notch. today i'm going to a "cardio special" class from 5:30-6:30, which i've heard is "bootcamp style".

tomorrow i meet for the last time with my personal trainer and do zumba. (i LOVE zumba... have i ever said that before? )
Wednesday I'm doing the gym's (only) bootcamp class.
BOOT CAMP - Combines the cardiovascular benefits of aerobics with the benefits of strength training, all in one fun, invigorating class. Each session begins with a warm-up, moving on to circuit-style aerobics, followed up with weights, abs and a full-body stretch.
Thursday I'm taking off... Friday is Zumba. If I do anything on Saturday, it'll just be some cardio on a machine. Nothing on Sunday to rest up for Monday. plus it's my birthday.
Update: I skipped out on the Boot Camp class at the Y.
