Apparently, I have shin splints. They hurt like a bitch, too. I was so proud of myself b/c today I was able to run a lap with everyone else at bootcamp without having to stop and walk. And now? Now I've been told to WALK while everyone else is jogging. :(
Talk about a blow to the ego.
