I hate running. LOATHE running. Today kicked my ass. I walked 1/4 mile warm up... then did 1 mile of jogging and walking. errr... walking and some jogging. i forgot how much i hate it. and how bad i am at it!!
basically, i jogged the curves and walked the rest. kicked my ass, i tell ya. i probably won't go jogging for 2 weeks though. next weekend family is in town. and during the week, it's hard to get out to the track b/c of the kiddos. yes, i could do the treadmill, but i swear that's even worse!
Tomorrow is my day off! WOO HOO!!! Then monday it's back to the grindstone.
I gave my instructor my food log. I thought i've been doing sooooo well. She did say it wasn't too bad, but told me less fat, more fruits and veggies. Booo!!
